UpBeat School of Music - Terms and Conditions

1. Lesson Scheduling:

• Lessons are scheduled based on availability.

• Changes to lesson schedules require at least 24 hours' notice.

2. Payments:

• Tuition fees are to be paid in advance.

• Late payments may result in the suspension of lessons.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice may be eligible for rescheduling.

• Refunds are not provided for missed lessons.

4. Code of Conduct:

• Respectful behavior is expected during lessons.

• UpBeat Music School reserves the right to terminate lessons due to inappropriate behavior.

5. Online Lessons:

• Lessons are conducted online via zoom

• Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.

6. Studio Policies:

• Students must adhere to any additional studio policies provided.

7. Communication:

• Communication regarding lessons and scheduling is primarily conducted via Email & WhatsApp.

8. Termination:

• Either party may terminate lessons with 14 days' notice.
